During the Governor's Visit, Clubs have the opportunity to have the Governor award their Members with a:

Distinguished Service Award (DSA):This CAL-NEV-HA District award is presented to an individual in appreciation for "many hours of service to Kiwanis and the community." A donation of $150.00 (which may come from a club's service account) provides a beautiful plaque and deserved recognition for the recipient. The Governor normally presents this award to a club member during the Official Visit to the division. DSAs are an important segment of the Official Visit.

Dunlap Award:  This CAL-NEV-HA Foundation award is presented to an individual who has embodied the service and dedication worthy of recognition by the entire Cal-Nev-Ha District at the many events he or she may attend.

The monies raised for both the DSA and the Dunlap Award go directly into the Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation to help Pediatric Trauma Programs, Sponsored Youth Organizations & Programs, and Grants to Clubs & Divisions.
